On the evening of October 17, 2023, Pepperdine University sorority sisters Niamh, Deslyn, Peyton, and Asha parked alongside Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu and began walking to an event at a nearby home. In an instant, their lives were stolen. A speeding driver, traveling at over 100 mph, careened into numerous parked vehicles destroying everything in his path — including our four angels. Their passing shook the Malibu community. The driver, charged four counts of second-degree murder, is currently awaiting trial. We are here to give Niamh, Deslyn, Peyton, and Asha the voices they should have never lost.
The above facts are based upon court documents publicly filed by the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office. All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

Pacific Coast Highway — widely recognized as one of California's most dangerous roadways — has claimed the lives of over 60 victims since 2010. Rampant with speeding, deplete of critical infrastructure, it is imperative that PCH be made safer. For years, local and state officials ignored desperate cries from the community and victims' families, doing nothing to improve public safety.
In November 2025, the state proposed a $55 million dollar plan to make critical safety improvements along PCH. Despite strong opposition from certain community members, Justice for Four Angels played an instrumental role in getting the plan passed by the City of Malibu. Our zealous advocacy, strong relationships with city officials, and passionate supporters were recognized by the City and carried the plan across the finish line.
While this plan was a major win for public safety, the effort is far from over. Important stretches of PCH are still in dire need of improvements. We will continue to push for reform until PCH is made safer for residents, college students, and visitors.

Justice for Four Angels was founded to transform unimaginable loss into meaningful action. We honor the lives taken by traffic collisions by ensuring their stories are heard and by reminding the public that every statistic represents a family forever changed.
In collaboration with Stop Reckless Driving CA and other groups, we are currently working to advance proposed legislation that strengthens penalties for offenders and closes gaps that allow dangerous drivers to escape necessary and meaningful consequences.
Likewise, Justice for Four Angels supports news legislation designed to make California’s roads safer by improving infrastructure and prevent future tragedies. Through persistent advocacy, public awareness, and principled legal reform, Justice for Four Angels seeks to secure accountability, deter dangerous conduct, and protect the lives of others who travel California’s roads.
