Billy is a Co-Founder of Justice for Four Angels and law student at Pepperdine Caruso School of Law. He is also a volunteer first responder in the Malibu area, where he has responded to hundreds of traffic collisions throughout eight years of service. Well connected in the Malibu community, Billy has a passion for victim advocacy, PCH reform, and public policy related to traffic safety.

Lilly is a Co-Founder of Justice for Four Angels and manages the group's social media operations. Lilly is an alumnus of Pepperdine University ('23) and graduated with a degree in political science. Lilly has interned for the United States Congress and has administrative experience in the legal and law enforcement fields. Lilly is committed to pursuing justice and improving PCH safety.
